In my NYC office today I had a patient ask me “Why when I get tired does the same place on my body begin to hurt before anything else?”
The answer lies in the fact that when you get tired and fatigue enters the body the chemistry of the fatigue is in the musculature. So the muscles get tired and start to weaken their resting tension. That in turn allows for more improper movement in the joints that are stabilized by the muscles that are tired. When the joints can move in an abnormal way, then you get pain and inflammation in those joints. If you have an injury process going on already then you are much more likely to experience this phenomena.
If you live in NYC and you need to battle this, be sure to get enough rest. Don’t over do it, know your limitations. Eat right even when you’re out of the house and all of these will help protect you from fatigue related pain.

Unfortunately, the excellent Chiropractor that I had been under the care of for decades retired. Normally I would not consider placing myself under the care of treatment with a “new accredited specialist” without references. Trusting the introduction of my physician, Dr. Rod Saclolo whom I have high regard of, I accepted this recommendation.
My previous Chiropractor, first rate in his abilities to resolve chiropractic issues, did not have the best social graces. Whereas Dr. Peter Kim’s professional decorum is so refreshing, as is the impressive up-to-date therapy that he instituted.
Realizing that there was something amiss, rather then proceed on the usual weekly series of adjustments, he choose to seek out additional information. Dr Kim’s innate aptitude determined that I needed a comprehensive set of x-rays to establish what, in fact, was the principle source off hindrance. His intuitive assessment established a critical predisposition that was not obvious. Consequently, I avoided unnecessary and tedious appointments that did not relate to this hidden problem.
Once the underlying cause was established, thanks to his deft assessment and dexterous manipulations, my quality of life has immensely improved. Now that I am on the path of healing, the pronounced pain and immobility are no longer intrusive. Needless-to-say, I am so impressed by Dr. Kim’s adroit talent, that I therefore highly recommend him in any and all issues relating to Chiropractic therapy.
Most Appreciatively,
William Harrington
