Happy New Year!
You’ve made it through to another New Year and another set of resolutions. Most of us made resolutions this year and every year to get in shape. We join gyms and start exercise programs. We start diets and forgo our favorite foods. All at least for a little while.
To help you along in your efforts, I want to first, pat you on the back for starting your exercise program anew. It takes a great deal of resolve to go back to working out when you’ve been away from for so long and even greater resolve to change you eating habits. Remember your spine! A healthy spine and nervous system should be the starting point of any New Year’s resolution for better health. And if you do fall of the wagon don’t make yourself feel guilty just say to yourself “I’ll do better tomorrow.” The benefits and the feelings of health and well being will be well worth the sacrifice so stick to it, don’t give up!
